What are we here for?
- Well, at first, the channel #reop has been registered due tot a project initiated by the manager of the channel and his friends, all we want is to help all the users who are in trouble giving our best.

Are we qualified helpers?
- We do not use the term "qualified" for we are advanced undernet users, advanced meaning that we have been joining UnderNET since <2000-2001, as you may know not all "old users" seem to be "qualified to help" but we offer you the choice of speaking in multiple languages starting from English to Spanish, French and Romanian. We are here to help, and that's what we want to do.

Are we active on UnderNET only?
- Some of us (members of #reop) offer our knowledge on other networks or even on other channels, official channels and so on, so we can say that if you see the members of the channel being on other help channels, they are there to offer their knowledge because they manage to assist in those channels too.

You can find us on #reop by logging on any of the UnderNET's IRC Servers and by joining this channel. We are online 24/7 and we provide prompt answers to any question(s).
